CAUSA has non-paid intern positions year-round, though we have more interns during the summer. The work that CAUSA interns do depends on the intern’s interests and the projects that CAUSA has at the time. If there is a special area that you are interested in, please make note of that in your application. Interns will be indirectly responsible to the CAUSA Director and will also work with other CAUSA staff members.  Hours per week depend on the intern’s schedule. 

The general qualifications to be an intern with CAUSA include:  ability to work as a team with CAUSA staff, excellent organizational, writing, and public speaking skills, experience in or willing to give presentations, and ability to speak Spanish is preferred though not required.
